Matt Hensley
Matt Hensley began his career in the plumbing industry in the summer of 2001, immediately after graduating high school. Starting as a helper, he worked his way up to becoming a plumber and spent over a decade in residential installation, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the trade. His dedication and leadership led to promotions into field superintendent and later estimator roles, where he expanded his expertise beyond the jobsite and into the operational and business side of plumbing. That progression ultimately led him to serve as Vice President of Operations, giving him a well-rounded perspective on every aspect of residential new construction and service plumbing.
After more than twenty-five years in the industry, Matt started his own company with a clear goal: to build a plumbing business that does things the right way and takes pride in quality, people, and integrity. Having grown up in the trade himself, he is especially passionate about supporting young people entering the industry and enjoys watching them develop their skills and confidence over time. His background — from the field to leadership — shapes a company culture focused on craftsmanship, accountability, and long-term growth.
